Liebe Eltern,
mein Name ist Lydia Papenberg und ich arbeite als Psychologin in der Jugend- und Elternberatung (JEB) der Stadt Düsseldorf.
Zum Januar 2025 habe ich die Zuständigkeit von Seiten der Erziehungsberatungsstellen für das Familiengrundschulzentrum Heinrich-Heine übernommen.
Einmal im Monat biete ich im Büro der Schulsozialarbeit der Heinrich-Heine-Grundschule eine Sprechstunde für Sie an.
Sie können sich bei mir melden, wenn:
- Sie Fragen in Bezug auf Erziehung oder familiäres Zusammenleben haben,
- Sie sich um Ihr Kind Sorgen machen oder Fragen zur Entwicklung haben,
- es familiäre Konflikte gibt und Sie sich ein besseres Miteinander wünschen,
- sich aus Trennung oder Scheidung heraus schwierige Situationen für Ihr Kind oder für Sie selbst ergeben.

Dear parents,
my name is Lydia Papenberg and I work as a psychologist at the „Jugend- und Elternberatung“ (Counselling Service for Young Persons and Parents) of the city of Düsseldorf. Since January 2025 I’m the responsible child guidance counselor for the „Familiengrundschulzentrum Heinrich-Heine“.
Once a month I offer a surgery in the office of the school‘s social workers of the „Heinrich-Heine-Grundschule“.
You can contact me, if:
- you have questions about issues relating to family life and growing up,
- you are worried about your child or your child’s development,
- conflict within the family has arisen and you would like to improve relationships and the atmosphere at home,
- separation or divorce result in difficult situations for your child or yourself.
